Stirling High School registered as an Eco-School with Keep Scotland Beautiful in 2002 and has had its eco work re-validated every two years for the past 16 years.
The group, led by our senior prefect for sustainability and supported by Mr Auld, meet regularly and plan a number of community events throughout the year.
We have both a Junior Eco Club which meets every Tuesday Lunch and a Senior Climate Team which meets regularly. We also have out school bee club which works in partnership with the Climate Ambassadors.
Our School was selected as the host for the eco-schools 30th anniversary celebration where our amaxing pupil groups showcased our schools climate actions.
The climate ambassadors have also helped to integrate climate action into our school curriculum with the young reporters for the environment competion in S3 geography.
We also brought out the young pathfinders competion which our school team managed to win for multiple years in a row, you can read more about our projects below
