Senior Phase Assessment 2021

From 19 April, the prime focus for our senior phase young people was completing SQA assessment evidence. Some consolidation or further reinforcement of learning and teaching took place across subjects. 

The number of assessments which our young people undertook for qualifications purposes varied across their subjects this year. This is due to the nature of individual subjects and how they are taught. Many assessments this year were split into smaller components over the course of our assessment period.

Agreed Alternative Assessment Arrangements were put in place for our young people with additional support needs.  Class teachers provided more specific dates and times for when assessments take place.
